Troubleshooting: I Can't See My Printer after moving to a different site
If you are visiting a different site and are unable to see your printer, here are some troubleshooting steps to help you resolve this issue.
Refresh the Printerlogic Client Configuration
- Click on the Windows System Tray
- Right-click on the PrinterLogic icon.
- Select Refresh Configurations as shown here:
- Wait a minute for the printer to appear.
- The printer should now be visible.
- If you still can't see the printer, restart your laptop and try again.
